Objective of the Calculator:

This calculator aims to help you identify the maturity value of a principal amount invested at an expected / assumed Rate of Interest (as specified by the user / investor) over the pre-specified time periods.

How does the calculation work?

The user of the calculator has to specify three input variables, namely :

• Principal amount (In र) to be invested
• Duration of the Investment (In Years)
• Expected / Assumed Rate of Interest in %

On the basis of this data provided / inputs, the principal amount is compounded quarterly and annually, at the specified rate of interest and duration, to arrive at the maturity amount.

Based on your selection, you will see the value of your principal amount at the end of the selected time period. The results will depict the values arrived at when the amount is compounded quarterly & compounded annually.
